NBR rubber sheets are vulcanized sheets made from nitrile butadiene rubber, also known as NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) or nitrile rubber.
NBR sheets are highly resistant to fuels, heating oils, mineral and silicone oils, and greases. Compared to EPDM or SBR sheets, they are less prone to swelling or hardening when exposed to these substances.
They also feature excellent mechanical properties such as flexibility and elasticity. Thanks to these parameters, they are successfully used across many industries.
Due to these properties, NBR rubber sheets are commonly referred to as oil-resistant rubber. They are mainly suitable for indoor use, as they show moderate resistance to weather conditions and ozone.

- Automotive industry: NBR is widely used to produce engine seals, fuel hoses, bushings, gaskets, washers, and many other components. Its properties provide resistance to oils, fuels, and greases.
- Oil and gas industry: NBR sheets are used to manufacture seals, bushings, washers, membranes, and other components exposed to oils, fuels, chemicals, and high pressure. NBR seals are found in pumps, ball valves, diaphragm valves, pipe joints, filters, and separators.
- Food industry: Due to its resistance to vegetable and animal oils, NBR is suitable for food industry applications requiring such resistance.
- Other applications: workshop mats, floor coverings, conveyor belts, transformer oil barriers, machine pads, and mats.
