The aim of the quality control department is to conduct physicochemical and mechanical tests to verify and ensure that parameters comply with those declared in the technical documentation. Quality control ensures that the rubber product meets all standards specified in the technical data sheet.

Our quality control laboratory conducts physico-mechanical and physicochemical tests to guarantee top product quality. We issue certificates confirming compliance with declared parameters from technical and safety data sheets. Physicochemical testing – we assess resistance to liquids across a wide range of chemical reagents – organic and inorganic acids at any concentration, bases, organic and inorganic solvents, and other media used in industry. These tests are performed over a broad temperature range, up to +450°C!
