A new type of environment-friendly sealing sheets with excellent resistance to water vapor with enhanced parameters. The sheet consists of a high-quality mix of mineral and aramid fibers bound with NBR rubber.

Due to its structure, it is suitable, above all, for applications involving water vapor with enhanced parameters. These sheets can also be applied in installations handling water, oils, liquids, coolants as well as basic chemical substances used in the petrochemical and petroleum industries.

A universal sealing sheet with highly resistant aramid fibers and fillers resistant to high temperature, bound by special NBR.

Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, it is suitable for use with oils, fuels, lubricants, alcohols, gases, hydrocarbons, coolants, sub-acidic and alkaline media.

A sealing sheet of the highest quality, based on carbon fibers and high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR).

An asbestos-free sealing sheet based on graphite reinforced by aramid fibers, sheet with low content of rubber binders.

The sheet has excellent mechanical properties and is suitable for many applications, including fuels, oil, coolants, hydrocarbons, gas and steam.

A sealing sheet created from a special mix of rubbers.

It is particularly recommended for most acids and bases. It can also be applied with oils, fuels and coolants.

A special sealing sheet based on aramid with cellulose, bound by an NBR/SBR mix.

This composition was specially created for the automotive industry. It mainly serves as sealing material for oils, water and coolants.

Temasil Titan is a universal type of sealing materials for oils, fuel, steam, gas, water, hydrocarbons, solutions of organic and inorganic acids, coolants and lubricants.

EXPANDED GRAPHITE SEALING SHEETS

Temagraph S, Temagraph Fi, Temagraph Ti, Temagraph Ni, Sigraglex Universal PRO, Sigraflex Hockdruck Pro, Sigraflex Select

Sheet made of expanded graphite without a reinforcing insert. These sheets are also used for production of Temagraph materials reinforced with stainless steel or nickel.

The TEMAGRAPH S sealing sheet can be applied under high-temperature conditions, up to a pressure not exceeding 6 MPa. It is suitable as the material for overlays of multi-edge gaskets and spacers in PTFE envelope seals.

The sheet is perfectly suitable for cutting.

Temagraph Fi is a sheet fabricated from pure graphite with at least one flat stainless steel insert glued in via a chloride-free adhesive layer.

This material finds applications at high working pressures and temperatures, including in steam, thanks to which it can be applied in industries like the chemicals and petrochemical industry.

Temagraph Ti is a reinforced expanded graphite sheet with a stainless steel insert. In sheets of this type, the insert is perforated in order to improve blowout resistance. This sheet is resistant to high working pressures and temperature fluctuations.

It is intended for demanding applications, tasked with ensuring reliable, long-term operation. Temagraph TI is broadly applied in flanged joints for: pipelines, tanks and other machines. It is suitable for a steam installation and for process purposes in the chemical industry, petrochemical, energy and manufacturing industries.

Temagraph-Ni is a sealing sheet made from pure expanded exfoliated graphite, reinforced with a flat nickel insert. Temagraph-Ni is intended for moderate working conditions.

The sheet is intended for general applications in the chemicals, petrochemical and manufacturing industries.

Temagraph HP is a multi-layered sheet with exceptional mechanical strength.  It is intended for high-pressure and -temperature applications in flanged joints, where resistance to high mechanical loads is required.

Temagraph HP is manufactured from high-purity expanded graphite film reinforced with perforated steel inserts (thickness 0.05mm) without the application of adhesive.

This product is applied in the petroleum, refining and chemicals industry. The multi-layered composition also allows the product to match various flange surfaces.

Temagraph TG is a high-quality graphite sealing sheet reinforced with a three-dimensional stainless steel insert. The unique insert made from cut and drawn mesh, in combination with the extraordinary sealant properties of expanded graphite film, ensure that the sheet has excellent thermal and mechanical properties.

Temagraph TG is suitable for applications in the petrochemical, petroleum, chemicals and heating industries.

PTFE SHEETS

Uniflon 50 is an asbestos-free sealing material made with biaxially oriented PTFE, which matches flange surfaces perfectly. Enhanced compressibility, enabling a better fit to the flange’s surface, was achieved by introducing empty glass microspheres as a non-organic filler. The sheet is specially designed for sealing flanged joints with glass, ceramic or plastic materials, uneven or deformed.

Uniflon 50 is suitable for all chemical media within the pH range from 0 to 14, with the exception of melted alkali metals, gaseous fluorine and hydrogen fluoride.

Uniflon 51 is an asbestos-free sealing sheet material made of biaxially oriented PTFE and silica filler. Uniflon 51 is appropriate for all chemical media throughout the entire pH range from 0 to 14.

Uniflon 51 is particularly intended for strong acids (with the exception of hydrofluoric acid) and bases. It can also be used for solvents, fuels, water, steam and chlorine compounds.

Uniflon 53 is an asbestos-free sealing sheet material made of biaxially oriented PTFE and barium sulfate as the filler.

Uniflon 53 is appropriate for all chemical media throughout the entire pH range from 0 to 14. It was specially designed for hydrofluoric acid, but it is not suitable for pure liquid hydrogen fluoride. It can also be used for alkalis, solvents, fuels, water, steam and chlorine.
